The project includes one of the largest shopping malls in Italy, with more than 200 shops, a multi-room cinema, the Auchan hypermarket and large outlets Ikea and Leroy Merlin.


More than 2000 residential properties have already been completed along with public and private office space, recreational areas and numerous green spaces.


This massive development of the area, has been able to be integrated into the existing settlements and regenerating part of it. Port of Rome represents a new model of sustainable city where housing, workplaces, services and leisure coexist perfectly.
